What data this site gathers, how it's used, and what it never does. In effect from September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

To get quotes, you provide gender, birth date, your health self-assessment, tobacco status, the coverage amount and term you want. These go to a quoting engine run by the carriers' platform, which sends back rates. This site doesn't keep them. Name, address, phone, or email are never asked for just to see quotes. Identical requests might be cached briefly to avoid hitting the quoting service repeatedly.

Applying

If you apply, your answers prefill a secure form hosted by the carriers' platform; from there you're under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), processes your application.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone number, preferred reply method, subject, and message. It goes to the agency by email using your email as the return address. No copies are saved on this site—no message database, no logs of what was said. A brief anti-spam verification runs in your browser before it sends.

Measurement

Page-view counting is done with cookieless, first-party tracking from this domain itself. We don't place cookies or store local IDs. Your IP is shortened—two bytes removed—before storage. Referrer details are stripped from URLs. Raw logs vanish after 90 days. We skip measurement for browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled.

What we do not do

No personal data is sold or shared with others. No ad trackers or third-party analytics code runs here. The only outside code is the carriers' application engine on the apply page, and it only loads if you click through there.
